Project Management
After the plan is put into place and approved by all stakeholders, we get to work. With over 80+ years of combined PMP Project Management experience, we partner up with all parties involved, including general contractors. We then begin to pull all permits necessary (if you need them), procure materials, and schedule data techs and electricians – all while communicating with you to meet timelines and milestones. Field Supervisor
Hitech Field Service Supervisor oversees techs, and works with the general contractor and project managers. They are responsible for ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, as well as providing support and guidance to the technicians.
